When we receive your application by January 5, 2020, you are eligible for the Early Enrollment Tuition options listed below.  With this special offer you will save $1000.00 on the standard tuition options:

1. Early Enrollment - In full tuition:  $6897.00 (Regular:  $7897.00)
2. Early Bird - Pay down tuition:  $6997.00  ($1500.00 upon acceptance and equal installments there after until October 2020. Regular $7997.00)
3. Early Bird - Monthly tuition:  $7297.00 (Equal installments to start upon acceptance until October 2020. Regular $8297.00)

There are no refunds once the program begins. To receive a refund a request must be received in writing.

We reserve the right to ask any person to leave the course if it is determined they are acting unprofessionally in any manner including using the information in a purpose other than what it is intended, representing themselves in an unprofessional manner, or acting in any way that is not in line with the program and for those for whom it is intended.

• Cancellations 121 days or more before event 90% refund of tuition paid to date.
• Cancellations 90-120 days before event 75% refund of tuition paid to date.
• Cancellations 60-90 days before event 50% refund of tuition paid to date.
• Cancellations 59 days or less before course start date 0% refund of tuition paid to date.

An applicant can transfer tuition paid to another IMS program to be completed within 2 years for a transfer fee of $1000.00 plus the remainder of tuition to be paid on a schedule.  Course transfers must be approved by IIHFE and appropriate space must be available in the course when request is granted.  

Please note when you transfer to new course a space is reserved for you in the next course as it was reserved during your initial acceptance.  To insure the high quality experience provided in each course we limit the number of professionals accepted into each team.

Event Cancellation Policy: We reserve the right to change the dates/times of this program. We reserve the right to cancel this event up to 30 days prior to the event. In the event of a cancellation, all fees associated with the program registration will be refunded to the registrant. We are not responsible for any reimbursement of fees associated with travel and related expenses.
