While we are told incontinence is common it is not normal and you don't have to be 'old' or have had children for it to happen.

If you have been told you need to strengthen your core and still struggle with chronic discomfort or know you have a strong core and still struggle...you are the folks I work with every day.
During these 12 lessons, we will uncover the strategy your body uses that is likely driving the issues with which you are struggling.
You will learn how to self-assess if your body is working at its best and most optimal or if you need to reset it.
Hello, my name is Jenice Mattek, Co-author of What Lies Beneath: The Under-realized Effects of Breast, Abdominal, and Pelvis Surgeries.
For the last 20+ years, I have worked with women and men post-surgery from 2 weeks to 60 years. Often the types of surgeries where there is no follow-up therapy like Cesareans, organ removal, cancer, breast surgery, augmentations, hysterectomies, and more.
What I have found after presenting at Fitness Conventions across the world is that 50-90% of the professionals in attendance in these courses have had one or more of these surgeries and struggle with tightness, pain, and/or incontinence.
I am on a mission to help fitness professionals like you live confidently in their bodies so they can continue their passion for helping their clients live their best lives.
I look forward to working with you.
