Find the guidance you have been looking for...
For 12 weeks you will be guided through a program that helps your brain and body connect to train the deep myofascial system of the core and pelvic floor. If you struggle with back, neck, hip discomfort or the effects of surgery despite how long ago you had it, this series is right for you.
Surgery, Trauma, and Injury can change how you breathe and your pelvic floor functions.Â
Dear Fitness Professionals,Â
Over the last several years, I have been teaching fitness professionals like you about the importance of how we train the core and its relationship to the pelvic floor to clients who have had injuries and surgeries to the area of the low back, hips, core, and pelvic floor.
When I survey the room of professionals 50-90% of the attendees have had pelvic, abdominal, or breast surgery. Nearly all of them struggle with chronic tightness, pain, and incontinence of some kind.
Many have been told they need to get stronger or, maybe even worse, they have to live with chronic tightness and pain symptoms and that incontinence is common in their daily life.
As fitness professionals, you are strong. This is not going to be about strength. Â
This will be about changing the strategies you use in life and fitness so you can continue to be strong and not breakdown.Â
If you are tired of feeling tired, tight, and living with chronic discomfort I invite you to join me for a different, gentler approach to your core and pelvic floor fitness.
Â
Sincerely,
Jenice

Bridget, 52 (Fitness Professionaal)
After just a few weeks, in the program, the tingling in my hands has subsided by nearly 80%. A few sessions later, I noticed I had coughed, laughed, farted, and sneezed with no pee party. My C-section scar feels different as well. I am so excited about the changes in my body that I have started sharing what I am learning with my clients, and they love it, too!

Janna, 44 (Fitness Professional)
This program gave me the confidence and fortitude to do what’s best for me mentally and physically. Since starting the course, my neck pain and restriction has nearly been cured. Plus my hip has never felt better. I see the light at the end of the tunnel. Â
I had one client last week post out-patient surgery in such bad shape that all we did is breathing. Her body started to shake on the side she had surgery. I wasn’t touching her. It was her body letting go. She felt a thousand times better. Her own doctors couldn’t help her as much as simple guide breathing with “scar release” cuing.

Annette, 65 (Client)
I had three C-sections and after 25 years I have found relief from my chronic back pain!

Diane, 67 (Client)
She has helped me understand that my body changed after my surgery and I have (most of the time) been patient with the process. It was longer than I expected and I am excited to making regular steady gains and returning to the things I love to do.
